Deliveries

General Delivery information:

We deliver Monday to Friday 10am-3pm (excluding public holidays)

Next day delivery requires the order to be placed by Midnight.

It is best if someone is home for the delivery, if no one will be home then please ensure you leave specific instructions in the order notes as to where the delivery should be left. When a delivery is left unattended all risk for the goods passes to you the customer. We recommend leaving a esky with ice in it if you will not be home.

Failed delivery:

If we are unable to deliver your order due to no one being home and no instructions, we will make contact with you to make alternative arrangements. We reserve the right to charge a second delivery fee in this case and depending on the time delay, charges for any perishable products that need to be replaced due to the delay.

Fresh produce weight variance:

We endeavour to get the weight of fresh produce as close as possible to the order quantity. However, there can be slight variation where the weight may be slightly over or under the ordered amount.

Special requests:

If you have any specific requirements or instructions please include these in the order comments/notes during checkout.

Delivery charges:

We have No delivery charges but orders must be over $80 for customers in our direct surrounds.

For customers who live further out past the black river bridge there is a $15 delivery fee.

We do not Deliver any further north then the suburb Black river.

Sorry we do not deliver to Wulguru or Stuart.

Returns and refunds:

After delivery please check your order carefully. If there are any issues with the items delivered please bring this to our attention within 24 hours of the delivery so that we can assist you with an appropriate solution.
